Data we process
Reading is public. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email and provider identification to maintain your session and identify votes, suggestions and messages. We never receive your password. If you opt in to suggestion updates, your name and email are associated with that request solely for those notices.
Purposes
Data is used for authentication, security, preferences, abuse prevention, user-requested interactions and explicitly authorized notices.
Storage and security
Sessions use HTTPS and protected cookies. Votes, suggestions, notification permissions and contacts may be stored for as long as required for their purpose.
Google AdSense
Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to display, limit and measure ads according to consent settings and Google policies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by service providers or when legally required.
Your rights
You may request information, correction or deletion of data associated with your interactions through the Contact page.
Training enrollment and progress
To enable training, we store your name, email, country, sign-in provider, preferred language, notice version and acknowledgement date, completed steps, answers, scores, and achievements. The purposes are enrollment administration, learning synchronization, support, and aggregated indicators.
Identified access is restricted to project administration and data is not sold. From your profile, you may export the data or end enrollment and delete it. Email notifications depend on optional consent and are disabled by default.
Comments and moderation
When you submit a comment, we store your name, email, authentication provider, language, related page, content, date, and moderation status. After approval, only your name, comment, and date become public; your email is not displayed. The data is used for authentication, abuse prevention, and moderation.
You may request correction or deletion through the contact channel. Disabling the comment section preserves existing records until they are administratively deleted or removed at the data subject’s request.
