Overview
In FINA241, controls the standard cancellation message when the payable has taxes withheld in another settlement. No parameters; logical return. (TOTVS, 2025, ref. 1) GitHub searches found no implementation. Below is a commented adaptation of the official example.

The example opens its own question. The choice controls the standard message; it does not remove all dialogs.
- Do not treat the return as cancellation authorization: the documentation describes message control.

- Compare scenarios with and without withholding in another settlement without assuming this entry point runs in every case.
