F290LIBT
User Function F290LIBT()Controls the payable release check when selecting titles for a payable invoice.
Overview
TDN documents .T. as keeping the release check, the default, and .F. as bypassing that check. Bypassing allows selection of unreleased payables; it does not establish that the entry point releases a payable or bypasses other validations. (TOTVS, ref. 1) The P12.2210 listing assigns the result to lVerLibTit in FA290CHECF, without a fourth ExecBlock argument. (Ref. 2)
Syntax
User Function F290LIBT()Return value
Logical: .T. performs the release check; .F. skips it. The documented default is .T. (Ref. 1)
Keep the release check
#Include "Protheus.ch"
User Function F290LIBT()
// Editorial example based on the TOTVS contract (ref. 1).
// Keeps the check; .F. would bypass this check.
// The return does not itself change the payable release status.
Return .T.Proposes retaining release verification during selection. Does not write records or release payables. Example not compiled or run in Protheus.
- Use .F. only with an explicitly defined and tested business rule; bypassing is not a generic fix for missing payables.
- A released payable, an eligible payable and a selected payable are different states.
- The page is historical and mentions Protheus 8.11/10. Validate the actual release and patch.
- Despite the entry point name, .T. does not disable verification: the official polarity is .T. to check and .F. to bypass.
- Editorial test plan: compare standard and customized behavior in the described operations, inspect resulting records and record release and patch.
- Under review: sources and example checked against documentation; code not compiled or run in Protheus. Exact transaction position and target release behavior remain unconfirmed.
